Join Stephanie Moxley, Founder & CEO, Moxley Public Health, the Moxley Public Health team, and special guest Diana Boggs for a meaningful talk about 2SLGBTQIA+ identities, her lived experiences, and to discuss how this uniquely impacts health!
Diana is a trans woman who created “the gay talk” to educate folks across her home state of Ohio about what the acronym 2SLGBTQIA+ stands for and current issues facing the trans, gender queer, and queer community. She loves to take an open “ask me anything” approach, leading with curiosity, and aiming to cultivate a world where we can better understand one another.
We are so excited to have Diana delivering this special talk because we think it is SO IMPORTANT to provide this education and opportunity to our community, but also, we want to discuss with our community how 2SLGBTQI+ identities uniquely impact health. This population is often a priority in community health needs assessment and improvement plans because they frequently experience clear health disparities. We want to prioritize serving this community and are looking forward to brainstorming ideas with you on how we can do so!
